With more than 25 years in residential mortgage lending and an economics degree from UC Santa Barbara, I bring experience and a planning perspective to the conversation.
My work includes homebuyer financing, reverse mortgage education and retirement conversations, and divorce mortgage planning. I collaborate with financial advisors, attorneys, mediators, and other professionals when the mortgage decision intersects with their work.
I take a financial planner’s approach to mortgage decisions. As a Certified Liability Advisor (CLA®), I work on the borrowing and liability side of the balance sheet. I help clients connect financing choices with their goals and coordinate with their advisors when authorized. I am not a financial advisor and do not manage investments.
